  1. Very cute! I can’t wait till July 3rd. I’ve actually never been & yet I’m setting up a booth next Sunday. Slightly excited. :) Come by if you are there, I have a sailboat skirt that has your name written all over it. Oh, and a cute little antique chapeau. xoxo

  2. This is sort off topic and a day late response, but I was just looking at your post from yesterday and was wondering what book you might be toting around. Mostly because I just finished ‘just kids’ by patti smith and am SO sad to be done with it and need a new book to go to bed with. It’s an amazing book and I love her style. For artists it’s wicked inspiring and fascinating to follow her and mapplethorpe’s progressions.

    Is your book good?

P.s. I love to check in on your blog when I can.

  3. awesome, way to go not being too embarassed to share some other stylin ladies with us! I have definitely thought about doing this a few times but chickened out. It’s fun to see so many stylish, casul looks with pants too!

  4. so sad i lived in the bay area for three years and never made it to this market! my fave outfit is the last–love seeing other people’s outfits (other than bloggers:)

  5. I’m a Bay Area gal born and raised (North Bay specifically) and I really love your blog. Your Alameda Flea street style photos are excellent! Those lanterns the woman in the first photo got are very cool. I’ve always wanted to check out the Alameda Flea but I never seem to be able to get down there when it’s going happening. I work at a vintage shop in Petaluma and my boss has a booth at Alameda. She does the Treasure Island Flea too. But I usually have to man the shop when she’s doing those shows.

Anyway, I love the blog, and I look forward to reading more!
