when i was in new york this past september for fashion week, i had the chance to hop over to brooklyn to visit with hannah of hannah and landon and one half of the duo behind the loved one. i was running late as usual, but finally made it through some heavy traffic to be greeted by open arms, delicious treats, and two very playful cats. in her living room was a rack of pretty pieces, including some of my favorite loved one lingerie and some exciting new pieces from the upcoming collection. there were unique, one-of-a-kind rayon shorts and bralettes, and a series of pretty dresses with sheer tops! unfortunately, my camera battery was just about empty, and i wasn’t able to get any photos that would do them justice. so instead we chatted a bit about the designs and about our adventures in blogging before ending the evening with some delicious indian food in the company of very nice people.
fortunately for me, they have now begun releasing some beautiful images of both new and vintage pieces! i am in love with the pretty sheer dresses, and can never get enough fancy underpants for wearing about the house or beneath said dresses.

Ooooooooo! The transparent white dress in the top pic is just amazing! Love the shear dark blue one with white dots too! I have always liked these transparent, flowy dresses – even though I live in cold Sweden… :) Checked out “The Loved Ones'” shop online, but couldn’t find any of those two dresses there. Do you know if they will come into the shop later, or if they are already sold? xx
some of the dresses are original designs, and some of them are one-of-a-kind vintage, so it’s possible that those sold. but they will be releasing their original designs on the site soon!
