calivintage pop up shop at pretty penny

on friday night, i hosted my first ever pop up shop at pretty penny vintage boutique in oakland, ca. the event was a huge success and i am so thankful to everyone who showed up in support and shopped both my collection and the wonderful racks of goodies at pretty penny. it was a hard decision for me to decide what to do with the massive amounts of vintage clothing that i’d been collecting over the years, especially because it’s such a personal thing. i knew i wanted them to go to good homes, and i knew that i wanted to support local business, and out of that desire, this pop up shop was born.

i tried to snap some photos of the event before i started sipping on wine, and only wish that i had gotten even more photos of all the lovely people who came in and out the doors that night. it was such a pleasant experience that i almost want to go out and source more vintage to have another event! but i won’t get ahead of myself just yet…

if you’re in the bay area and weren’t able to make it out on friday, you can still swing by the shop where many of my pieces are still up for sale (i actually brought in some more gems the next morning!)

  1. I see lots of ladies I love (Christina, Rachel, Leanne!). Wish I could have been there – Your closet is most definitely to die for.

  2. I still cannot believe that I am the lucky owner of that black & white mod dress in the first photo! I couldn’t wait and wore it literally the next day after I bought it! Such a fun event and it was SOOO nice to finally meet you in person! Thanks a bunch, Erin. See you around… :)

  3. I spotted the calivintage canvas bag in one of the photos…. do you sell any more of these bags anywhere?! I love it!

  4. oh, why do I live in Denmark? Really like to visit the shop – I love the collars and the cali – tote bag! oh…

  5. Amazing! Well done looks fabulous! You should definatly think about doing something similar in London. There is a huge market for that over here
