i’m excited to announce that in one week, i will boarding a plane to attend saint louis fashion week! i have never been to saint louis, so just having the opportunity to visit a new place is beyond exciting, but seeing the roster of events has got me even more excited! if you’re in the area, you should definitely check out the schedule and try to attend an event or two. i’ll be in town from october 2 – 6, so i hope to see you there!
a few highlights:
– designers samantha pleet, jennifer chun, eva franco, wai ming, and laura kathleen will be showing their collections
– twelve national bloggers will be in attendance, including keiko lynn, orchid grey, selective potential, and heartland underdog
thank you so much to the saint louis convention and visitors commission for sponsoring my trip and to the cheshire for accommodations!

Agreed! It’s my husband’s hometown and the museum is still my fave attraction.
Woohoo! I’m so happy to hear that so many awesome ladies are visiting STL! I’m excited to meet you! I haven’t decided which shows to attend yet, but I know I can’t miss Samantha Pleet! You’ll love the Cheshire. It’s got some great restaurants and is in a great area of town. :)
i’ll basically be attending every event on the roster from oct 2 – 6, so i’m sure we’ll run into each other. so exciting!
Thank you for the mention, I’m so excited! It’s going to be a fun weekend!
Awesome! That’s exciting you’ll be there! I saw someone above suggested the city museum, which is definitely a great place to go! The zoo, science center, and art museum are all great and free, too!

I live in St. Louis and absolutely love it. I agree that you must see the City Museum, I’ve lived all over the country and there’s nothing like it! Also, check out Cherokee Street and a great coffee house is The Mud House on Cherokee Street. Also, if you are on the west side of town (near Washington University and The Loop), try Winslow’s Home for brunch. It’s a wonderful little general store/restaurant with great food. Hope you have a great trip!
wow this is amazing, I usually HATE st louis because it reminds me of hot summers visiting my moms family haha, just boring long days at church camp or on grandmas plastic covered couch! But this seems AMAZING way to go st. lou!
hahaha i have absolutely no impression of saint louis, so i’m going in with a completely open mind and hoping that the weather is a little cooler than it was in nyc!
